I completely smashed my cell phone screen, they had the best quote, repaired what they said they would repair and stayed exactly in the estimated price. All done in less than 24 hours! Very professional and we're extremely easy to deal with. Answered all my questions thoroughly. Would definitely go here again.

I was really happy with how everything went down, I would recommend this place to my friends and family, and will definitely go back if I have any other phone issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to tell you -- at more than 70 years of age, I might not be the most savvy guy when it comes to today's digital stuff. That's why I took my i phone to CellTel Wireless Plus -- when it locked up.
I explained my problem to the friendly technician. Instantly, he told me that I did not have a phone problem. He said, "you have a phone password problem." I was incredulous. I told him I tried my password several times -- and that it was rejected each time.
He told me to contact Apple Support, which I did online. It took a few tries, but I replaced my old password with a new one -- and all it good.
The point is this: CellTel Wireless Plus didn't make any money from me yesterday -- but they sure made me a fan! And if and when I ever have a mobile phone problem -- you can bet CellTel Wireless will be the first place I go to. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m so glad I came across CellTel Wireless Plus! I was looking for a new iPhone 13, which the store didn’t have in stock. However, within a week, CellTel was able to get one for me. In regards to their pricing - I called multiple places for the iPhone 13 but CellTel offered the best price on the market, even better than the Apple store itself!
Their customer service was impeccable from start to finish and I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future. CellTel is an honest and reliable business and I highly recommend them to everyone. I also purchased a screen protector from them and they did a great job putting everything together. Thank you CellTel for the great service! ?
