★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finishing in the suites is cheapest I've seen. Even the penthouse suites have the cheapest doors and closets. It's what you would expect from a low cost apartment rental built in the 70s.
Location is great, views are spectacular, architecture is nice, but the finishing is just the worst.
