H	Hana M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to love doing groceries at Fortinos but this got me to write this review because its too many times now. Expired items, old bread, bagels, expired cheese, cookies, breaded chicken burgers etc still on shelves selling at a discounted price. Every time I had gone there and bought groceries always found something expired and Its a long drive for me to return so I end up tossing it in the garbage. I will NO longer do groceries there and wasting my $ !!!!!

K	Khalid Bowe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get some chicken and fries etc asked for barbecue sauce and ketchup, cashier first gave me hot sauce and ketchup which was not pleasing to find out as it was only after I ate it. I hate hot sauce and i dipped the whole chicken in it.. Went back to get barbecue sauce was thinking whatever she just made a mistake. So I go back ask for barbecue sauce and she gives me ketchup... so i have to walk back to get and ask for barbecue sauce again... Asked to get a water a bottle of water and she didn’t even give to me discounted or free customer service was very poor.
M	Mikayla Persolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few weeks ago, I went into the the organics department and there was the sweetest kid who was at least 15 years old who’s named Nik. The store was very busy and a bunch of people were asking him questions, and he was very respectful and answered everyone. I could tell he was very busy, but he helped me for 10 minutes to look for a product. I also saw that the shelves he was fixing were very organized. The store needs more people like this lovely boy.
J	Judy Ustianowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must share my experience with a lovely woman who was the manager the day before Christmas Eve day I was out shopping.. had a little bit of a challenge finding a couple of items when I mentioned that I didn't have too much luck of anybody showing me where the strubs pickles were in the produce section. She came back with a myriad of options.. also she took care of the price error.. Thank you for the lovely service. Much appreciated Thank you for the lovely service

They were informative, professional & went the extra mile to make my shopping experience amazing. They definitely went above & beyond. Kudos to them both. I’m sure all the staff are just as good! ?

P	Phuong Ngo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, well organized and eyes catching decorations. Besides the diversity of fresh meat and seafood, there are all kinds of different vegetables and fruits. On top of that, there is a wide range of spices for you to choose from Asian to American. I had looking for "5 spices" for beef stew in many supermarkets and finally found one here. Definitely go for groceries here more often.
