★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a customer and a Practice Manager for investment company was astonished to experience what they call customer service - 7 to 10 business days to get an email from them with basic policy information. 30 minutes on phone call for this simple request. Cant imagine how they would actually handle a death claim!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their customer service except around 15 to 20 minutes call waiting time, amazingly cooperative, their online presences (Non face to face) especially in this COVID - 19 pandemic is extra ordinary. Their six membership benefits and how they get back to the community shows their business is beyond profit making. I expect a lot better business deal with them in the future. I recommend Foresters Financial.

I Could not be more disappointed with a company and the person I dealt with and the service I received. I strongly advise to stay away from this company. I was mislead and ignored and I am so disappointed in myself for trusting them.
Never again.

As for just one simple termination request this guys are taking forever its already more than a month and still no update. Its just one day work as per the FSRA and even they helped to get the process done still its not working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never respond to any inquiry whether you have existing insurance and want to upgrade or simply want to make changes. Even after calling back the rep. says department you are calling is busy please leave a message. Yeah why not, it's not like they replied back to me 6 months ago or an year ago or 2 years ago. What a scam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I submitted a request to surrender my policy. The paperwork said the process takes 30 business days...I called well after 30 business days to inquire about the process. I was told there is a backlog and the process now takes 2 months. Why wasn't this communicated to me back in March? 2 months to process the surrender of a policy? Zero confidence in this company.
