★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aviva is Mafia, adding one car to my insurance went up to $690 /month I switched to in cooperator now for both car I pay $485, also the phone service any time I called it takes over 1 hour to get through, RBC/AVIVA is ridiculous, don’t even try them ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 0 star... The business hour for weekdays is from 9am, according to the website and the sign on the door. Arrived at 9:02am, it wasn’t open. Waited until 9:35am, the door finally opened, but only an office admin? was there. The guy told me to wait as none of the advisors had arrived. So I waited til 10am... still no one showed up. Just wasted an hour of life, what a great customer service.
