Everyone who works there and the other location nearby is amazing. Always there to help with anything in a timely manner. Deffinite 10 out of 10. Have not yet met the doctor at the clinic but he seems like a real solid dude as well.

I've been seeing Dr jessop for 6+ years now and he is always willing to listen to your medical issues and never rushes you out of the office. I switched my whole family over even though we moved further away but it's well worth the travel!

K	Kiki Roberts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame on you Ford Medical for that response to the patient being charged $30. Most unprofessional response I have EVER seen from a medical clinic or ANYONE for that matter. If that response is from an office manager get rid of them. Disgusting.

Missed getting to the phone for a phone call appointment with the doctor and called the office back exactly 2 minutes later only to get no response. Tried for hours to reach someone only to get no answer and then an email from the office saying I now owed a $30 fee. Re booked my appointment to discuss my concerns and this fee for a few days later only to get no phone call and when I followed up, again with no answer on the phone, I was told by email my appointment was canceled and the only way I could speak to the doctor was to pay this fee. You can never get an answer from anyone at the office when you call the front desk staff are rude and seem to have given up on caring. They seem to care more about money then their patients here. GO ELSEWHERE!!! **Edit In response to the office response suggesting I “threatened” to come to their home. This was my email I sent after there was no way for me to speak with the Dr to confirm that in this situation he was actually in agreement to charge me $30 for missing the call even though as the voicemail he left said to, I had called back 2 minutes later. “ is the only way I will get to speak with him really to stop by the neighborhood to discuss how this has been handled and what has happened with my appointment?” Note this Dr was my next door neighbour
B	Bob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office recently advertised they are accepting new patients. I called and was interviewed and accepted. The Doctor seems very good. The clinic is business like and seems very efficient. The drug store next door is handy. All in, a good experience. I have called twice in the last couple of weeks and received an appointment later in the day to speak with the doctor by phone. All good.
