β β β β β Our car was sitting outside of our house, parked, and got hit by someone pretty badly. Our whole front end of my kia sorento was smashed to bits.
We picked freedom ford's Collison centre as it was 5 mins down the road and a preferred auto body by our insurance.
They had the car for about a month, mostly had to wait for the genuine kia parts to arrive but the car looks brand new!
We even had an issue with our car rental our insurance had originally setup and basically it had run out, even though we had 4 days before we were able to get my car back. Insurance didn't care but the collision centre did and they were kind enough to cover the cost of the rental until we had our car back. That was amazing of them!

β β β β β I had a great experience with Dave and John at Freedom Ford - very professional and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable in the entire process which was the opposite of the high pressure environment that came across at the other dealerships I visited (Koch and Team Ford). Thanks for making it easy and I love my new car!!!

β β β β β Brought my truck in for an airbag recall. They had it done quickly. That's about all the good I can say about them.
This was on April 16, 2020, when COVID social distancing expectations were widely known. In spite of that, social distancing measures were next to none. The employee from whom I sat across was actually sniffling.
Tried to get me to to agree to almost $1000 in additional work because they did not know the history of the vehicle. Did not ask me if it had been serviced recently by someone else (it had).
Of that $1000, $350 of it was to change the spark plugs. Yes, you read that correctly. $350 to change 6 spark plugs. It costs $32 for 6 plugs from Canadian Tire and it takes 30 minutes to change them (I know, I just did it). If you're doing the math, that's $600 an hour they wanted to charge me to change the plugs.
Stay away. There are plenty of honest, reputable shops. This isn't one of them.

β β β β β I didn't end up getting my car fixed here as turns out it was a write off but my experience regardless of that was great. Terri from the body shop got me a rental the next day, had my car towed from my house the same night as the accident and also personally brought me my license plate back to my house. Huge thanks to her and Ford. :)

β β β β β Book an appointment week and a half in advance for a quote on my vehicle, the ONE lady they have here was unavailable even though I had an appointment, another person took photos and promised me a quote the next morning. Absolutely nothing, called that afternoon to inquire, lady is now in a meeting and my quote has not been done according to the system, they take my phone number and promise to call me back. That never happened. Here we are over 48 hours later and I still donβt have a quote, I guess this Ford doesnβt want my hundreds or thousands of dollars I was going to spend. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
