★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people at Herbers Autobody are very friendly. Their quote on was not the cheapest or the most expensive (the cheaper quote did not include as much work as Herbers). The work I required was for a minor but deep scratch. They completed the work in the promised time and I received my vehicle back repaired as promise and cleaned inside and out. Well done Herbers. I will recommend them and if I ever need body work done again (hopefully not) I will return.

They helped coordinate the insurance details, arranged for rental, and the repair was finished early! My car was returned spotlessly clean. An unexpected and welcome surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an accident on a icy winter day, sliding into the back-end of a truck. Had some front end damage. I decided to take it to Herbers Autobody because of past experiences I had with them. They have expertise and treat their clients extremely well. No regrets, Its a good feeling when the vehicle comes back looking fabulous. I can certainly recommend Herbers for great Autobody service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to leave a shout out to Kayla at the front desk. Always friendly and helpful in communicating with me (which is very helpful during an already stressful time). As far as the repair goes, I am not a professional, but it all looks 100% to this untrained eye. They left the car cleaner than when they received it, which is a nice surprise. Thanks to all of the technicians who helped with the repair! Cheers!

I am not sure if the timing of the repair was reasonable. Is a week a long time? A similar repair was completed in two days when I lived in Toronto. The repairs were done well it seems. The vehicle was clean upon return.
Kayla Martin, Glenn Herbers, the feedback email (twice), and the President Fred Mueller could not be bothered to respond to any of my messages/questions, thus, this low rating is about a lack of any communications. This left a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak.

They washed and polished up the car when done and even wiped down the inside and washed the mats. A nice treat to come into to when you are so busy in today's world. Thank You!
