โ โ โ โ โ Great staff and very helpful every time I've been in. They always have lots of stock with great prices! Better prices than a lot of other suppliers. I only wish they had extended hours 1-2 evenings a week. I work every day until 5 and have clients most weekends, so that would be helpful.

โ โ โ โ โ THE OWNERS AND STAFF ARE RACIST AND IGNORANT!!
My daughter went into this store recently to buy her mother (myself) a Christmas present. She was followed around by a member of staff and asked for an I.D?? What sort of an I.D would a 9 year old have or need to buy a nail polish from a store?!!
When she replied that she had no I.D. she was asked to leave the store!! She politely said "OK" and thought nothing of it to tell me but this is a BIG DEAL.
My daughter at the age of 9, has now been a victim of racial profiling and discrimination.
I tried to call the owner today to discuss a time with him when we could talk about what had happened, to which he replied "I have three lawyers, bring it!"
I will be filing a complaint with the human rights association and the better bureau association AND with the city of Edmonton.
There is no place for racism in our community and if you refuse to hold yourself and your staff accountable then perhaps you should LEAVE OUR COMMUNITY!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Visited with my friends 2days ago.
I literally didnt do anything except looking around and searching for what I had to buy.
The old guy kept chasing and observing us within 5m throughout our shopping time and it made me feel very uncomfortable. When I was paying at the counter they treated us like thives and it was a very unpleasant experience. I wouldn't have even felt this way if I really intended to steal stuff or I acted in a suspectible way.

โ โ โ โ โ THE WORST beauty supply store you can go to. Do not support this business. My first time ordering over $1000 of product for my nail salon and all was fine until i ran into an issue with a shipment of gloves.
Upon use for a couple of seconds the gloves kept ripping and tearing from the fingertips, so I asked if we could return the faulty gloves to him and have him ship out a box of new ones on my next order. He then responded to me accusing me of lying and saying that โThe other salons Iโve sent this to didnโt have an issue then why would you?โ Well news flash, factory faults do happen and I really didnt mind as long as I got a working product in the end.He then messaged me very rudely and informally that he was going to physically come to my salon and look at the gloves himself and that if He didnโt find an issue with them then we would have to pay him $200 to cover the cost of gas for him coming down to check! Unbelievable. donโt know of any supply shop that would speak to any customer like this and I will NEVER recommend this shop to anyone.

They also carry their own line which is considerably good compared to other designer products. (Their polished are my favorite) Good prices. Always stocked and in/out ASAP

โ โ โ โ โ I went and bought about 250 worth of supplies as I was planning on learning acrylic instead of gel. Well.... I got a big jug of odorless monomer and got home opened it and gave me an instant headache and it smelled horrible! Definitely was not odorless, and the room I was in smelled of it for 2 days and that was with me not even using it. So I went back to return as it was false advertising. I spent almost $100 on the jug and they refused to take it back and kept telling me it's odorless....and it was clearly not and something else as regular monomer doesn't even smell like that. I left very upset as I'm not rich....

โ โ โ โ โ Worst customer service ever !!! Staffs were rude and the owner was just sitting there and let his staffs talked to me. Hardly to find the products at this store, I had to ask one of the boys, but he did not even want to answer.
We as a buyer, came to this nail supply to buy a product not came to ask for free. There was no customer service, no acknowledgement customer, and being so rude from staffs to owner. On top of it, price is higher than other nail supply. When we need to pay for this price, we expect a better customer service not this garbage attitude !!! Seriously it was a worst experience I got ever !!! If there is no star, I will choose that, NO STAR RATE for this store
