And today I was stuck in traffic, called and was told to come in where I was then told about a policy I was NOT aware of. I was told I missed my appointment because I was late, but I needed to pay the $80! I have never been late before, I did not forget about my appointment, I didn't pull a no show, yet this policy was enforced. I paid the $80 as a respectful person and I am left with a disgusting taste! Other clinics offer these services, what makes you stand out is how you treat people! This is not acceptable!

They also took the time to explain so I could understand what the next steps were to alleviate the condition. After carefully exploring my shoes, orthotics, daily life functioning, they uncovered issues that could have caused further foot, leg and overall body problems. I appreciated the convenience of having all the necessary steps available to get my orthotics made to submit through my work benefits with ease. They were professional, knowledgeable, giving, friendly, welcoming and showed tremendous compassion for what I was experiencing. I could not have asked for a better experience. Their customer values and dedicated root cause approach helped me decide to be a loyal life-long client. Brittney and her team have provided me not only with incredible service (from booking, to checking in, to going through extra mile to make me feel comfortable during COVID) but also have provided incredibly proficient and effective chiropody care. My feet have never felt better. Brittney takes the time to explain why she recommends what she recommends. She empowers her clients through education and is incredibly approachable. Would highly recommended ! The space is also beautiful and well cared for. Clearly a team that takes pride in what they are offering.
