I have received chiropractic care in the past and despite having many issues with my neck, have never allowed the chiropractor to adjust me. Dr. Lahn was able to quickly put me at ease and able to adjust my neck. He is very caring about his patients and takes the time to really get to know them so that he can treat them accordingly. It is evident that he is very passionate about his job and also very good at it. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

I began treatment at Optimum Wellness just over one year ago. I had excruciating pain particularly lower back. Dealing with bulging and herniated disc for a few years Dr. Tim has been able to provide treatment through adjustments and acupuncture and I have noticed significant improvement. It's been great having Dr. Tim as part of my go to health team. I know I'm in good hands.

I made an appointment with Dr. Nina and went to her every three weeks for adjustments and acupuncture for over 5 years. This is the first time l had actually started to notice a difference. I had been taking T3's like it was candy, now l am lucky if l take 2 a month if even that. Nina is awesome, she really cares about you. When she does the acupuncture if one of the needles really grab Nina knows and tells me to breathe and makes sure the pain goes away or she moves the needle, l think only once she had to move a needle. She is always checking to make sure l am ok. I really like Dr. Nina and she has made such a big difference in my life. When this first started besides going to work the only other thing l did was lay on my side on my bed for over a year. Dr. Nina really cared and wanted to make my quality of life much better and she has. Thanks Dr. Nina.

Dr. Hansen takes the time to listen and address your concerns, and really cares about your well being. I look forward to my adjustments and can really feel a difference after my visits. She’s one of the best RMT’s that I’ve had. I’ve had many RMT’s over 20 years. Her knowledge and technique is so successful this is why I left the other clinic to follow Victoria to optimal wellness. She takes the time to discuss stretches that her clients need and will show you how to do the stretches to help your overall health. I highly recommend Victoria for a massage every day whether you were working for a deep trigger massage or a relaxing massage.
