He listened to my concerns and my needs as I have a cpl tears in my arm..
He gave me a great massage without fluffing it or hurting my arm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ south barrie massage therapist was excellent - she heated the massage table or whatever its called...and the north barrie therapist gave my husband hot towels - that is fantastic. one therapist even gave me exercises to help heal and strengthen my calf muscle...and one actually gave my feet extra attention.... by and large each expereince has been pleasantly different and the only thing i would suggest is that they should ask all cx if they want the table heated up as i loved it ...and will ask for this in future when i return...

One is Stephanie who has been doing accupuncture on me for pain control and overall well being and this week I had the pleasure of a very caring and experienced massage therapist who was very solicitous of my motor vehicle accident and my pre existence of a medical problem that is awaiting surgery. He not only gave me immense relief in my hip for the first time in 8 months Shawn was very concerned for my well being. That being said all the therapists at Barrie South are very kind and well trained!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a self proclaimed massage addict and I love this clinic. Booking appointments online is super convenient. There are several RMT's so booking an appointment isn't too challenging vs a small clinic. The staff is friendly, professional, and the atmosphere is relaxing. I go for massages every 2-3 weeks even though members are only required to go once a month.

However, I am writing this review in appreciation of one therapist in particular. I have been seeing Ashlyn regularly since becoming pregnant. Her prenatal massage is fantastic! Her attention to the needs of the ever-changing body of a pregnant woman is so appreciated. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a reflexology and made sure to provide my insurance details in advance. However, was told reflexology is not approved by insurance AFTER the procedure was completed. The team should have highlighted this important piece of information BEFORE the appointment that way I would have been aware and made a decision whether to keep the appointment or not.
Other than that the facility is nice and people are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a mother of 2 under 2 and an RN so I spend a lot of time on my feet. Wilson was amazing! He really took time in all areas of my body. He provided me with plenty more health tips for my overall health and well being. This was the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. I will be visiting soon !
