β β β β β Most amazing staff and great prices and they actually know the products they sell because they actually use them unlike the big box stores. I love camping and go all the time and mountain biking but I'm a bigger guy and they don't look at me like what are you doing in this store they just help with a smile a give great advice if I ask. I highly recommend this store to anyone just starting any outdoor activities or for the first time or to the people that have been doing this all their lives.

β β β β β I am a fan of Sojourn, they are one of the few places in Barrie that carry such a large selection of high end winter gear. And when the jacket I purchased didn't fit, there was no problems with issuing a return. Although I didn't find what I was looking for, they were very helpful in letting me know in directing me to what type of jacket I needed.

β β β β β Bought a pair of boots with fold out picks for walking on those icy days, great idea. Didn't work, picks are too far forward on the ball of the foot and they don't grip on solid ice. Because they'd been worn outside I couldn't return them. The fact that they didn't work seemed irrelevant. Won't be shopping there again.
There was talk of a warranty assessment but nowhere in the conversation was a refund mentioned. If I was going to walk out of there without the boots or the money spent on them, the boots could go to charity. They're a warm winter boots for someone, too narrow for me but I have a wide foot.
