The staff were friendly and great with the kids. It was a fun and unique party! I would highly recommend it :)

The owner very promptly contacted us and offered several different ways to sort out the issue, including recommendations for similar products. When we called her back with further refinement of the order, she promptly adjusted the order for a third time. Will definitely shop here again.

You would think the energy would be different but no. I asked for help I was looking for something and basically was told is there and the person walked away ?. I was there looking for another 15 minutes and not ones I was asked if I had everything I was looking for. Anyways that's that.

Will surely satisfy the different tastes. They also offer gift certificates and jewellery making classes and parties. Bought myself earrings and a gift card for a friend.

I was down and disheveled but brightened instantly when greeted by the friendly Caroline. She went out of her way to help me when I didn’t even know the names of the tools or products I needed, suggested helpful tools and sent me on my way with a smile. First time I’ve smiled since my loss. Wonderful and personable customer service with a vast array of products. Thank you ! I will be back.
