T	Tyler McIntosh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex Costa is my massage therapist at Healica Massage. Alex is an awesome massage therapist. She really cares about her patients, and wants to help them feel better. She is really engaging and easy to talk to, allowing me to feel comfortable to share what my issues are so she can treat them. She asks the right questions to help narrow down what the issue may be that is causing the pain and discomfort, and she has the experience and knowledge to know how to properly treat it. She is continuing her education in school studying acupuncture, showing her commitment to always learning and expanding her knowledge so she can best help her clients. She has been treating injuries and pain that I have had for a long time from sports/weightlifting. She has helped me feel and move a lot better. I personally get 90 minute to 120 minute deep tissue massages from her each week, as it allows me to get relief from pain and tightness throughout my whole body. Her treatments have given me the most relief from pain and tightness out of all the treatments I have tried (chiropractic, physiotherapy etc). Her treatments have allowed me to sleep much better also. She has helped relieve pain that I was having in my neck, that was causing issues with my sleep. Now that she has treated my neck pain, I am able to sleep much better! I highly recommend her services, and I know with her assistance she will help me get back to 100% so I can go back to doing the things I enjoy pain free (sports, weightlifting).

Denise is incredible! I highly recommend her. She made me feel comfortable and at ease in just a few minutes after meeting her. Which is rare for me as I suffer from anxiety. Her attention to my specific needs, and the overall experience goes unmatched to any other massage I've had. You can tell she really loves what she does. I'll definitely be coming back!

I have been to a lot of RMT's but she is in an echelon of her own. She is very knowledgeable in finding root causes of issues, even the stretching exercises that she suggested have worked wonders. I go in feeling broken down and leave feeling fine tuned. I strongly recommend Aliesha to anyone who has an open mind about the healing process through massage and want a overall great person to be around.
