I placed my order on Sunday with a follow up on Monday and the mattress set was delivered on Tuesday.
The gentlemen that delivered everything were friendly and courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mattresses are great and accepting canned goods for the food bank for delivery is wonderful . And I’ve bought a couple in the past but I was very taken back when I called and a female answered and was extremely rude to me on the phone. I had a simple question and I was very polite however I was snapped at and was talked down to. It was a simple question but I was put through the ringer for the answer. This was shocking to experience as a customer. Honestly it has made me not want to buy from Mike The Mattress Guy again. I have also in the past referred my friends who have bought mattresses from my referral but I won’t anymore. In a competitive market, customer service is vital whether it is in person or on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was helped my Krista, quickly explained where to go for what we were looking for and then let us try out the beds without being hassled. Too many pushy sales people nowadays with too much to say. We enjoyed the experience of just deciding what bed was most comfortable for us. Very affordable pricing as well! Ended up getting a Queen w/ box spring, sheets and pillows for $515! Definitely cannot beat that

The delivery was fast and free with a donation to the food bank. We ran into an issue with the purchase but they quickly and easily took care of it. Thanks for the great customer service!

My husband and I needed a new bed set and Mike had the best price and most comfortable mattress. My daughter just recently moved back home with her own family and needed a new bed frame and mattress. We looked at different places, including the big stores, but we ended up at Mike's and got exactly what we were looking for. Should have know to go there first. Will never go anywhere else!!! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, if you don't see what you want just explain it and they'll get it. Fantastic store.
