p	paul lynch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well after waiting 4 months for furniture from another company and still didn't have our furniture, we had enough! We cancelled the order and decided to shop elsewhere and we ended up at the front door of surplus furniture, was reluctant about going in and wow what a surprise! We were welcomed with cheerful smiles . They asked what we were looking for and gave us our options of what was available and when things would arrive if we picked certain options. Well, we found the sectional we wanted and it was in stock that was at 2pm. They said it would be delivered between 4 pm and 8pm We had a knock at the door at 445pm and it was the delivery guys. They brought in the furniture took off their shoes which they didn't have to do. They put it together, cleaned up the shipping cardboard and plastic and moved our old furniture to the basement for us. They were super nice guys and very careful with our furniture and our home. They were amazing!!!!!! Don't be fooled by the no frills. They have quality furniture, they are honest and up front and everyone seemed very happy being there. Great job! You have us as customers for ever now.

One of the sales associates went off at me and was beyond rude when I asked a question about my. bill, then he walked out of the store. I don’t know how you walk out of a store you work in. When he came back he didn’t even apologize for his trash behavior. Other associates tried to apologize but I have never felt disrespected as I was by this man. I was spending my hard earned money only to be treated like trash! Beautiful furniture but that associate ruined the whole experience for me.

All staff seemed to give other customers space until they were ready to ask questions. I definitely recommend shopping here.

They answered all questions and even lead us to the clearance section. Even though the one salesperson added a few inches to the measurement of our new couch (don’t most men add two inches?!?!) , they were all around amazing! We look forward to purchasing more furniture from them in the future.

We are picky, and the sales associates did not rush us, they gave us alot of time to test out the sofas and they step back to let us do our own thing which we like. I dont like when they hound you and wait there while you test the sofas and at the same time they're trying to convince you to buy it. We ended up getting a sofa set and got it delivered the same night. The delivery drivers are super nice as well, they were very careful when bringing the sofas into the house. Very professional! Will definitely go back if I need more furniture.

We needed delivery to be later then normal and they were very accommodating. Will update once our furniture is delivered.
