★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a dining set that I had waited for months to come in. When the employee was loading it, the table top was noticeably damaged. I paid for warranty. When I emailed and sent pics to Lindsay Dimen (the senior customer service rep) she said I could get a 50$ refund or brick credit. I asked for a new table top instead because of the extensive damage and got no reply. She had poor customer service and I don't recommend the Brick for quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought sofa set at 7th avenue Brick and Daman made our experience at store great. He had helped us on the things we need and what I want. He had been patient with us all throughout. Aside from that we got great deal of the price of the sofa set. He knows his product and knows to treat their customers well.

Knowledgeable, friendly, kept to my needs (didn’t push products I said I didn’t want) and didn’t pretend to know anything she wasn’t sure about (she would verify data)!! I would give 5 stars, but there were few selections for couches on the floor; although I did purchase a nice product. Thanks Marie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found a furniture set we wanted online. We went to The Brick to see the furniture in person. Dean was great at assisting us. He was both patient and not pushy. (We took a couple of hours to make the final decision!) He was able to order the furniture we wanted at the right price. He answered all of our questions.
The furniture we chose was replacement furniture for another set still under warranty. J’Lynn helped us through this process. She offered the best possible compensation for the furniture under warranty and was very flexible to help us obtain the new furniture that we wanted. She was friendly and answered all of my questions with a positive manner.
We were happy with our service at The Brick.
