★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Came into the store looking assistance/ advice on finding footwear as well as advice on possible foot issues. Clearly I wasted our time as the customer service representative had more important things to do than guide me into the services they offered or footwear. I was treated as if I did not exist. Do not recommend this location try the Broadway store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maggie is very knowledgeable and efficient. I have made 2 pairs of orthotic inserts here and am very happy with the end products. I will be making 2 more pairs soon and I have no doubt that they will be of the same high quality. She is friendly and so is the pedorthist that works there. They know what would be helpful for you and do a thorough assessment. The store has many shoes to choose from as well. Parking is easy to find. This store has been around for many years and I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I got in my life. The Sales lady is so impatient. The worst part is they are not transparent or honest in price. I called the store first to find out the price. The lady is so impatient and she won't tell you anything about the price. There's no price tag on the product. I'm not sure if the price is different based on if you have insurance or not. I bought one knee brace which cost me $224 in Richmond store. I went to Vancouver store bought the exactly same knee brace only cost me $155. I know sometimes people are lazy and just go to a nearby store especially if it can be covered by insurance. But we pay for insurance and the insurance may increase if we buy some product always too expensive. So consult more stores and get the product with reasonable price. I recommend you go to Vancouver Foot Solution store, you'll get much more better service and good price.
