In 2017, Floor One installed our backsplash for our kitchen reno and more recently in March 2020 we had them install new carpet throughout our home. Both Ismail & Lucas were professional and knowledgeable in answering my questions prior to and after the install. The installations' team was also professional and courteous.

He was extremely pleasant to deal and thorough and proactive with his communication. He also went the extra mile to find us the best price. Ismail carefully and precisely measured out our space. The installers were courteous, careful, meticulous and quick. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the result! The condo looks brand new and completely up-to-date. That said, we give Lukas and Floor One our highest recommendation.

Floor One sent me Ayhan to lay the floor he is very good at what he does. Did the work on time, cleaned up after himself, did more then he had to do.

They are knowledgeable, provide excellent customer service from start to finish and have a great variety of products to fit any budget. We were trying to keep a tighter budget but wanted a product that didn’t look cheap and was very durable. We love the result. It feels like a brand new house and our project was only 200 sqft.!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Floor One to any of my family or friends.
