Fix & Flip Renovation Centre

We met Fred - Owner around end of OCT to discuss the full renovation of our home, he immediately gave us a timeline for each step of the renos. I'm very happy to report that we've almost fully completed by mid-Dec. A record time for any renovation I've ever heard about. Fix and flip did everything from the demolition and dismantling of all existing floors (hardwood + carpets) all bathroom fixtures, floors and kitchen cabinets. They disposed of all items in 3 days. They then started taking down walls that we so badly wanted to get rid of, they drywalled and mudded new walls, remodeled all the floors to our design ideas. They sourced and installed our new and stunning hickory engineered hardwood floors. Sanaz then helped us with the design of our beautiful kitchen. I can't say enough about how grateful we are to have been introduced to this successful business. Any promise they made, they simply fulfilled upon. I would absolutely hands down recommend them to anyone without a second thought. They are absolutely the best in what they do.

We had a great experience working with the entire team at Fix & Flip! They arrived on the first day we moved-in to our new house on time and ready to work. It was a bigger job with new floors on every level, 2 bathrooms, lighting, electrical and a complete kitchen transformation and the work they did was amazing and fast! Fred communicated all details of the project to make sure we weren't surprised about anything and he took time at the end of each day to give us detailed updates and answer any questions we had. We will be highly recommending Fix & Flip to anyone looking to do renovations!

FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY. At first I was skeptical, because Fix & Flip only have 5 stars for all their reviews and that didn't seem possible, BUT now I understand why. Sanaz and Fred certainly made the process simple and offered a lot of advice especially to us being new comers to the country. Fred and his team was absolutely amazing, they showed an awesome amount of respect to both myself and my wife on our site visits, kept us informed and also gave us advice during the entire renovation. They delivered exactly what they said they would, with high quality finishing and even threw in a few freebies. The project was delivered a week before time, considering we had the following completely redone. Complete Kitchen plus 4 bathrooms, pantry, laundry room, walk-in closet, complete house paint, walls and ceiling. I would highly recommend Fix & Flip.

We worked with Fix and Flip for complete kitchen remodel. Fred, Sanaz, and their team did an absolutely incredible job, which you can clearly see from the photos. Design: We worked with them on first explaining our vision for the kitchen, the preferred materials, and the timelines we had for the work. The timeline was crucial since we were working with different contractors for flooring and paint. Sanaz understood our requirements and delivered a stunning design that included everything we wanted, with additional features like strategic lighting, soft closing doors, added pantry, etc Installation: Fred and his team were there on time, efficiently removed the existing cabinets, and left the job site super clean for the flooring person to work. During installation, they were meticulous about not just the installation, but also the ad hoc modifications we requested around the house completely unrelated to the kitchen. E.g. we asked if they could help replace the ceiling lights and potlights around the house, changes in plumbing, etc. They very gracefully accommodated that without extending the timelines for the original kitchen remodel. Reallyade us very comfortable with the work around the house, which would otherwise have been so stressful. Post-sales: We found a minor flaws in 1 cabinet door which we pointed out, and it was promptly replaced, no questions asked. When the work is custom, service like this is heartwarming. We'll be turning to Fix and Flip again for more work around the house because they have been an absolute delight to work with . Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved the team from Flip & Fix. They're a highly professional company who offer practical solutions if you're stuck for ideas and also accommodated all of my constant back-and-fourth questions without me feeling judged. They were respectful of my home whilst making my kitchen look amazing! (My dog loved them too!!!). Anyone reading this review who is wondering about price... No, they are not the cheapest option we found. BUT... The cheaper options we found had either unreliable references, bad showrooms or poor communication. If your concern is quality, i would highly consider Flip & Fix because you get a lot for your money, as well as peace of mind and quality guarantee. Can't recommend them more! I look forward to working with them again for our future projects!

It is a pleasure to write this review, as I can take this opportunity to express my gratitude and to say a big "thank you!" to Hootan, Fred, Sanaz and to the entire team of Fix&Flip. We had a major renovation for our 3-level house completed by Fix&Flip which can be summarized as follows: replacement of the entire flooring and baseboards, 4 bathrooms completely redone, interior painting of the entire house, a new large window cut and installed in the family room, all doors, wood poles and trims repainted, all door locks and handles and closets doorknobs replaced, all lights replaced with LED fixtures, an outdoor wall constructed, new tiles installed on our main patio, exterior doors repainted, and much more... all done with the competency and dexterity of Hootan's and his wonderful team of skilled workers. Hootan did a very good job in providing and managing a whole team of skilled painters and flooring installers, a licensed and very capable electrician, as well as the plumber. I want to specifically mention Fred as well - the co-owner of the business - whose expertise and abilities had an essential impact on the great outcome of the work. An important aspect to be noted is that Hootan, Fred and Sanaz were very creative with a "good eye" for interior design; they gave us valuable suggestions from the beginning and throughout the project. The entire project was completed in a very reasonable amount of time as Hootan was able to organize the work in a smart manner, so our family did not need to move out during the renovation. Given the complexity of the work, some post completion touch-ups and small repairs were required at the end, and Hootan responded promptly in fixing the "imperfections". He also assured us - and we feel confident - that if any more such small adjustments will be noticed by us, he will come back and address them. I highly recommend Fix&Flip for any kind of interior and exterior work to anybody who wants a reliable and hard working team, with a renovation/construction site as stress-free as possible. They are definitely our house "doctors", and will be the first crew we will reach out to in the future.

I’d like to thank Fred and his team for the amazing work that they did at our place. As another reviewer has mentioned, I was slightly skeptical of the extremely high ratings that this company has, but after you work with them you will see why they are so well respected. We had our bathroom completely redone, as well as new floors and carpets put into our condo. From the moment we walked into the renovation center, till the time that they finished the job, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The work that they did surpassed our expectations, and we are completely blown away by the results. The team was punctual and extremely professional. There were a few minor details that we were picky about, but Fred sent someone to our place right away to fix it to exactly how we wanted it. You will not be disappointed if you go with this company.
