The office is a professional calm space, she was easy to speak with and sent me an abundance of interesting material in different formats after just the first session.

I went to Heather for help with my nutrition and she has exceeded my expectations. She pays very close attention to details and she has been able to coach me through the ups and downs. She has taught me so much about proper nutritional fueling for performance and she has always been very quick to answer any questions or concerns I may have. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heather absolutely change my husbands life for the better. My husband started his journey with Heather at 230 Ibs, overweight and out of shape. With the help and guidance of Heather he was able to lose 60 Ibs in 7 months. Not only did he lose a substantial amount of weight, but Heather was also able to change the way he viewed fitness and nutrition. Prior to working with Heather, he had no concept of nutrition and was rather over whelmed by it all. However, Heather was able to explain and break it down in a way that made sense for him and a way that was easy for him to sustain. He continues to follow her recommendations and is constantly seeing success. Not only does the 60 Ibs of weight loss feel good, but he over all feels 100 times better. He is no longer fatigued, sore or feeling bloated.
My husband would recommend Optimal Life over and over again, he can never say enough about how Heather has had such a positive impact on his life.
