★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cathy connects extremely well with my daughter. She literally skips out of Cathy’s appointments . Cathy has a natural gift for connecting with my daughter . Isabella loves her gets excited about her appointments. There are plenty of toys and slime and books. She is an amazing therapist

She is non-judgmental in her approach, very empathetic, very emotionally intelligent, and able to connect with the client in order to meet them where they are at. She is genuine in that she shares openly many of her past struggles in order to bridge the "power dynamic" that is often present when one seeks counselling from a mental health professional. This dynamic allowed me to share openly during sessions which was crucial for my own personal growth and development. Would highly recommend Cathy to anyone seeking a counsellor to assist them in navigating life's journey. Thanks again Cathy!
