Prime Kitchen Cabinets

Recently renovated our kitchen with Prime Kitchen Cabinets, nothing but good things to say from our experience. The whole team was very friendly and helpful, many new products, style and colour options to choose from with a very reasonable price. We enjoyed working with an experienced designer. The installers were clean and professional, the work was done in a timely manner despite the Pandemic situation. We love our new kitchen, big thanks to the whole team who made this happen!

Thanks to Prime Kitchen Cabinets for a wonderful new kitchen. We worked with Marie who was very professional, knows her product line, made solid recommendations based upon hearing what we envisioned and was always available to answer our questions. She provided us with a quote (which she stuck to, no surprise increases) and gave us a copy of a simulated end-result of our kitchen so we knew what we were going to get. Initially we were told work would start 8 weeks from downpayment and we set a tentative install date. The container with the cabinets was 2 weeks late. Not really a big issue. Phase I of the kitchen remodel happened in 4 days: Demolition, Cabinetry arrival and 2 days of installation. Excellent installers. Solid team of professionals, very personable, hard-working, know their craft. They had some questions for my input as it was being installed and end result was fabulous. They came and took away all the debris from the demolition and boxes from the cabinetry. This was very appreciated. Countertop was ordered when the cabinets were almost here. We were told it would be 10 days from cabinetry install to the countertop delivery. This is where a bit of an issue resulted and they lost a point in the review. The fabricator arrived on time to measure the kitchen, we were told the countertop was in but we were delayed on the install. We had to wait an extra 10 days for the countertop to be installed. This didn't make sense because the countertop was in, the countertop was cut, but we couldn't get a date for install. This makes a long time without water in the kitchen (sink, dishwasher). Finally countertop was installed and end result: it all looks fabulous. Thanks to Dominic who went out of his way to ensure things were going as planned, on time and helped provide trade names of electrician, plumber, etc when small issues came up. He is a wealth of knowledge, super friendly and was always available and very responsive. Everyone we worked with at Prime Kitchens was fabulous, professional and skilled. Their products are also top quality, solid cabinets, creative solutions, soft-close hinges, Silestone countertop. I would definitely recommend them!

We renovated our bathroom this year. Victor from Prime Cabinets came recommended from my mom who recently built a new home. I"m so happy with the service and quality of work from Victor. We have a beautiful custom vanity and matching shelves. We highly recommend Victor from Prime Cabinets!

Victor was able to design a beautiful large kitchen for our very average apartment. Nothing average about us now! We had a sewer pipe back up into our kitchen. Dominic and his team of installers were truly the calm within the storm. They worked well as a team.
