Its so nice to be treated like a "person" and not a number! Been here twice in the last 24 hours and I have to say the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond! Andrew, staff like you will keep me coming back, even though I hate painting! His supervisor/manager was great too. Keep up the great customer service!!!!

CLOVERDALE PAINT #12-970 westwood street, coquitlam BC, v3c 3l4 I use several paint stores for work or home related paint supplies but this store is certainly the closest being two minutes down the hill from ranch park...while it is accessible from either end of westwood in poco, it is probably a far more prudent idea to drive there via Dewdney trunk so if traffic is stopped dead for a train crossing, one can still access the parking lot. The staff quickly mix up paint or stain that you need and they have an abundant supply of equipment in stock. They have accurately matched paint for me from samples without codes on several ocasion and this time was no different. This particular shade of paint that I had them mix up was from a miss tint can ten years old. It is sort of a pale cucumber green. It is a very fresh, soothing and yet at the same time energizing colour perfectly suited to a family room, bedroom or even an office/work area...It is NOT the least bit sallow or too yellow in tone by any means. I am using this colour in our kitchen, the smaller of two dining rooms, the smaller of two family rooms and in a basement bedroom for our new 13 year old Korean ESL student that we now have living with us while attending All Saints parish catholic school full time up the hill...This colour goes with whitewashed, ebony brown, grey or even orange red stained furniture or flooring. We had far too dark of a maroon/ burgundy tone on those walls before and in spite of there being large banks of windows on two walls in those areas, it simply felt too dim and dark...Perhaps being that this was the rear of the house away from the bright southern exposure had something to do with it. This colour perfectly frames the lush green plants and trees in the backyard and warms the room up from all the increasingly dreary, grey, rain filled skies that we see in typical west coast fall and winter weather. If you squint your eyes hard, this colour almost transports one to the art deco ice cream coloured Miami streets a la Michael Mann's Miami Vice TV show from the 80's minus the Ferrari and the go fast boats... PS don't forget the miss tint section...johnny k welsh coquitlam bc Update...My brother Dan and I have been helping to fabricate and finish several elements to an on going fascade renovation at the Pender island Driftwood centre mall with the endless support of our employer and the help of local and off island sub trades. We have made changes to the front of the pharmacy, the Island Savings Credit union, the Vanilla Leaf bakery cafe, Jo's place restaurant, the Liquor store, Talisman bookstore and gallery, the Stihl store, Dockside Realty, Kandis's nail salon and esthetics, and Island Girls's Eclectic boutique as well as building the yet to open new Hardware store, the CRD building and the do it yourself dogwashing area...Cloverdale paint mixed and supplied many of the stains, primers, paints, and clear finishes that were used on the fir trim and roof beams, knee braces, roof decking, hardie board siding, comb faced trim, drywall, cedar siding and shingles throughout the project...thanks Cloverdale Paint in both Coquitlam and Sydney, BC for your help!

I cannot praise enough about the service we got from this store...especially Phil! Very approachable. We had to change the color of our paint numerous times to match to the original, and he was always willing to help us with a smile and patience. He made our visits to the store very pleasant! Amazing service! Thank you Phil!
