When we ran up against some hiccups in the process, John was so good at walking me through all of my options and putting my mind at ease. My renovation was big; my kitchen, family room and two bathrooms. Despite the size and scope of the job, John was committed to staying on schedule and doing quality work! I am thrilled with how it all turned out. The attention to detail is amazing and everything looks even better than I imagined. I would highly recommend John/Hiar Homes!

John communicated well, was very well organized and was always available if we had questions or concerns. The job was done in a timely fashion and at the budget we stipulated ( we had heard stories about lengthy delays or cost over runs with some renovations but this was certainly not the case under John's leadership). We would not hesitate to recommend John at Hiar Homes to anyone considering a home renovation.

They did a beautiful job of blending the new deck with the existing rock walls. The project was extremely successful and our family could not have been more pleased with their new outdoor space. Thank you to John and team for their excellent service, meeting our timeline/budget, and handling all the subcontactors, while understanding our needs through the project.
