★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took Level 1 Barre Babies and I cannot recommend it enough!! Jenna is super knowledgeable and gives all the right cues for reconnecting with pelvic floor and core muscles. Looking forward to level 2!

All of the trainer's and regulars I've interacted with so far have been incredibly welcoming and supportive which keeps me coming back. It's incredible hard work but you are encouraged to just try your best and scale down or take breaks where needed.

I started my Barre journey with Kate. Now, I do it at home, simply cause of my crazy work-life schedule. I highly recommend fit-barre to anyone looking to improve their outlook in life.
