Their personalized physiotherapy sessions have helped me with my posture and strength (poor posture from horseback riding for 16 years and from my profession today). After having 2 children, Pilates has also helped me strength my core and all of the muscles stretched to their limit with pregnancy. Everyone has a smile on their face at the studio and they are all very nice and extremely knowledgeable!
