They take the time to explain everything and to make sure I understand how to do the exercises and they answer all my questions never rushing. They have become like family. Very positive atmosphere.

When I go to physiotherapy I expect one on one care and attention from the professional not for them to be distracted with an over booked schedule. I also found it frustrating sometimes that they are only open 3 days a week.

From the initial appointment and all the paperwork to fill out, dealing with insurance and booking each appointment, Jennifer was fabulous. She made it so easy and always had a smile and friendly greeting when you come in. My treatments from Khushboo and Jordan always went well. They both took the time to explain what the exercises were for and answered any questions I had, they were awesome! The atmosphere was very warm and friendly, I observed a lot of lively banter between staff and patients and between patients and other patients. My treatment went so well my doctor said I should be the poster child for the benefits of physiotherapy. I would whole heartedly recommend to others!

I've been to other physio where they just give you stretches at home, these guys emphasise the manual stretching and in house work first, and at home second! I had a recent shoulder surgery and these guys have been taking great care of me on my way to recovery. Mackenzie is almost always there, greeting everyone and has taken great care of me plus attention to detail. in addition to Raul and the newest addition to the team, they all take patient care to the utmost important, something close to me as a nurse and a patient. Overall an amazing experience with the staff, and a special shout out to the amazing front desk staff Jennifer who always welcomes everyone with a warm smile and greeting. I would recomend this place to anyone in need of physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture or the like!

In only a month, they had me off crutches and walking confidently again. The staff are knowledge, supportive, and encouraging and I highly recommend Performance Physio.

I have found my treatment to be very thorough and I have already seen great improvement in my range of motion and the amount of pain I am experiencing. Mackenzie and Jonathan are very passionate about their work and show concern for my condition throughout each treatment. The staff is very friendly, professional and the office is always clean and calm. I recommend this clinic.

It is evident through their attitudes, professionalism, and ability to make me crack a smile or laugh out loud when they are working my sorest spots. I worked mainly with Marco, which was excellent because my issue was my knee and he has a wealth of knowledge to pull from as he works with athletes who depend on their knees. He pushed me to train harder and keep challenging myself. I actually wished I could keep going after I graduated. Jennifer makes me feel welcome, she is an excellent listener, problem solver and made me feel good every time I talked to her. Shannon was my massage therapist, and I swear that girl can turn me into a puddle of relaxed and rejuvenated jelly in 30 minutes. If you remember, ask Marco about his knowledge of the Star Wars franchise. Thanks to the entire team! Mackenzie, you are also awesome and really helped me to understand what was going on under my knee cap, how the tissues connected and why it was so painful.
e	emily anger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just completed my 6 month physiotherapy treatment at this clinic after having surgery on my hip to repair a Labrum tear and an osteoplasty. The service was amazing, I went in there not being able to walk to coming out being able to run again. This surgery and the Physio service I received from this clinic gave me my life back! They were always running on time and they truly cared about my recovery and reaching the goals layed out by my surgeon. The receptionist is very welcoming and kind. Overall this place welcomed me and made it a comfortable place to complete my recovery.
