They are so genuine, supportive, and knowledgeable, ensuring you get the best workout every single time you go! Amazing community, friendly environment and fantastic workouts! Cannot recommend this place more!

This workout experience is truly one of a kind and has kicked my butt back into gear! It's crazy how fast the 45 minutes go by and you feel so accomplished walking out of every workout. I highly recommend this gym if you are looking for an awesome workout and a great environment. Thank you to Andy and Justin for bringing F45 to Hamilton and to the awesome trainers everyday :)

My expectations were that it would be for cardio and not really building muscle but I was wrong. The music/atmosphere, other people and trainers keep you in the zone and on task. If trainers see you taking it easy they will push you! I feel like I get a better work out in a shorter amount of time (no waiting for machines etc) and the weight is there if you want it! Anyone going through an entire class with the heaviest weights would be a monster - I havent seen anyone able to do it. Im loving the results only after 12 classes!

All the trainers are in constant communication, so if you share an injury or concern you have one with they will make sure the other trainers are aware as well. They will remember your name and be sure to adjust the work to challenge you so that you're always getting better. I've brought multiple friends to try out classes and they've all felt the same! Would definitely recommend giving F45 a try if you're on the fence and looking for a community along with a gym.

Even though this is more expensive than a traditional gym I think it's so worth it. Quitting my gym to continue working out with F45 Hamilton!
