★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in the service we received in renewing our Mortgage. They were suppose to change our payment schedule upon renewal and it has taken over a month to change, still not done. It caused NSF fees, additional charges and is still yet to be corrected. Now we have to come up with money we were not anticipating at a difficult time during COVID. When asked to defer a week due to the error to help with the unexpected $$ we were denied. I was contact to let us know there was a fee to change the my payment to weekly, reluctantly confirmed that I would pay the fee. I was under the impression it was changed, only to receive a call the day the payment was due advising that it was not done. Luckily they will be reimbursing any NSF charges.. Still Very disappointed!
