N	Nicole Jarusauskas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful recent experience at Heirlooms Bridal Shoppe. I believe I had Alyssa helping me during my first visit. She was very attentive and friendly. I had Anna helping me with my second visit. She helped me find dresses that fit me nicely and was very pleasant. I enjoyed working with both of them. Having the right consultants really makes all the difference. This shop is accommodating during the pandemic and I was allowed 3 guests to join me on my appointment. I am familiar with the shop as my sister bought her wedding dress there for her 2020 wedding and friends and family have referred me to the shop as well. I always found this shop very magical in the heart of Dundas, close to home with captivating window displays and many dresses to choose from. Although I was nervous to begin trying dresses when I entered, I finished my appointment by trying on a dress that was perfect for me. I ended up returning to make a sale. Thank you for helping brides feel beautiful. I especially liked that Anna went the extra mile and asked if a separate piece could be ordered to go with my dress. I can't imagine buying a wedding dress somewhere else.
V	Vic- i on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entered the store early this week with a party of ladies to be greeted with an immediate remark to take off our shoes because of "the carpet in the back," said by an employee. Once shoes were off no slippers were offered. Had to walk on thick dust on floor near entrance. There really was barely any carpet in the back when browsing. Tone and voice of one particular female employee were demanding and loud in nature rather then welcoming. Soured the experience from the start and created an environment you want to run from. Please improve your customer care skills as this ultimately leads to decreased business clients!

I went in January 2022 to search for my own wedding dress and as soon as I walked in, there it was. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. During covid times you're only allowed 4 people for your appointment and your appointment is one hour. It was a little rushed to try on dresses and hopefully decide within that hour but luckily I knew what dress was mine the minute we walked in. I am disappointed with the communication from staff. I purchased a sample size which they were sending away for cleaning and told me I would receive a call when it was ready within a week. I figured I would give it time because of the pandemic (and things taking longer during these times) but nearly 6 weeks later and I still did not get a call. When I followed up I was told my dress was ready and there was no apology for not calling. I asked why I wasn't called and the lady on the phone said she didn't know. I feel because I didn't spend thousands on my dress that I'm not valued as a customer. I was going to return for my bridesmaid (x6), flower girl and mother of the bride dresses, but with the lack of communication I experienced with my own dress, I think I will visit another store for those purchaes.

They have a gorgeous selection of dresses and accessories. I got my alterations done here as well: the hem, bustle, straps adjustment and final touch ups for the perfect fit! The lady who did my alterations was so sweet and did an excellent job! My mom also bought her MOB dress here and had a fabulous experience as well! The sales associates are so helpful and friendly! You won’t be disappointed, highly recommend!!
M	Maria Car on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a trip here with my sister looking for a MOG dress. When we walked in, the shop looked beautiful! My appointment was on a Monday and it wasn’t busy. We waited about a minute before we were greeted. After telling the store associate I had an appointment, I was told to remove my shoes and go to the back of the store , where the dresses were , and look through the racks, to pick out some dresses I liked to try on. The selection in dresses they had for me weren’t many. When trying them on, I did need some help , but the consultant wasn’t always present. Luckily I had my sister to help zip me in and out of the dresses. At this shop, I simply didn’t receive the one to one attention I desired.. I simply didn’t get that happy to see you , welcoming feeling.

After waiting a while to be fitted into a dress every time I tried it on, my bridesmaids ended up grabbing the clothing clamps and fitting the dresses around me themselves for most of the dresses. Every other bridal shop we've been to still made us feel valued even though they were busier (even one with fewer staff) so we were surprised by our negative experience. I had found my perfect dress here but ended up purchasing it at another shop in the area that provided a much better experience. They do have a great selection of dresses though as well as a large selection of dresses on sale!

However, I was in Heirlooms Bridal with my daughter for her final fitting. As I waited, I looked through the beautiful gowns and there was my dress. Navy blue, plus size and priced just right. Even though I did not have an appointment I was looked after by the amazing staff there. The dress needed alterations and after buying it two weeks ago I picked it up today and it fit perfectly. I can't say enough about the staff there, warm, friendly and very welcoming. Best experience ever !!!
