β β β β β My daughter started going to First Roots daycare since she was 27 months old, and I think I made the best choice so far! This is the cleanest childcare center I have ever seen with the most learning toys decorated in everywhere. Their staffs are very kind and professional, who truly love the children as if they were their own. My daughter learned so much and is always so excited to come to the Centre and engages with the teachers and friends. If I ever ask whether she wants to go the next day, she always says "Yes". My daughter always has a big smile on her face when we arrive to pick up her. Meals are highly recommended, especially for most Asian kids who are used to have the Asian foods at home. The Center make fresh and nutritious food in their own kitchen, so my daughter always eats the most of foods by HERSELF! The teachers offer a wide range of creative educational activities by using lots of Montessori educated tools and have plenty of outdoor playtime. I love the daily reports by using Himama to learn everything (meals. Bathroom, naps, activities) about my kid so I do not need to question her every day after she comes back home. My daughter had learnt so much from here.
I already recommended to a lot of my friends, as parents, they never regret to make this choice. I highly recommend First Roots Center to any parent looking for a safe and friendly daycare! I appreciated they did great jobs and felt secure knowing that my child was safe there during Covid-19.

β β β β β I absolutely LOVE this daycare for my daughter and my daughter adores teachers and the program! My daughter was with another daycare nearby which we had some concerns with their management (not her teachers), and during the first wave of COVID, they crossed the line - how they were handling/ communicating with the parents (basically trying to get empathy for their loss of business revenue); that's why we decided to move from the old daycare, even if we would lose the tuition deposit. I'm glad we did it!! From the moment we met the management team (during tour) to now, the level of care from the management & the teachers is obvious - super welcoming, warm, friendly & kind. Their vision for EC education is clear, and very knowledgeable. The food menu (all made in house including "homemade juice"!!), and program/ activities also shows that it is from genuine warm care for children. Also, they are super communicative, and you get updated throughout the day! I hope other parents to come and enroll their children because I don't want them to close down due to financial hardship during this pandemic! They deserve credits what they do everyday, and as parents, we need this type of facilities available for our children!!!

β β β β β I would definitely recommend this place for infants and toddlers' parents ,who are looking for a responsible and reliable daycare. My daughter went to their toddler class, she was very nervous and shy at beginning, she cried every morning on her way to daycare. Bcoz of covid, she stayed home for two years without any social experience, I already knew it would happen. However, only took her about 2-3 wks, she already showed me that she enjoyed everyday life at Firstroots. Sometimes, she was super excited to tell me " Yeah~ I am going to daycare now. Let me put on my shoes myself." I was so glad to see her development in a short time. The teachers there are amazing, they are very thoughtful and friendly to all kids. The place is clean and neat as well. They have a great program, so you can not only check the daily report and pictures of your kids at center, but also you can view the weekly study schedule. I usually preview the study schedule, and let my daughter understand them in Chinese ahead. So she felt much more comfortable and confident to learn again in class with English. Firstroots helped my daughter go through her fear of outside world as very first time. I really appreciate their care and love.

β β β β β We couldn't be more pleased with the care and attention that our toddler is getting at First Roots. She adjusted so well and quickly with the help of the amazing staff. We love how she's trying so many different types of foods and activities. All the teachers, management team and staff are so welcoming and nice. You can really tell they give their whole heart and energy into everything they do for the kids and centre. I would highly recommend First Roots to any parent. We totally trust them and wish them all the success they deserve!

β β β β β they like rich family children. they didn't give any chance to get know school and shut down disscusion. In fact, no rich and poor for every family. rich family might become poor. becoming a student of first root academy dosen't mean anything. just refect how school attitude toward to society.I hope they don't teach little kids like that to look down others.

β β β β β My son bas been join First roots almost a month as part time infant. He really loves his teachers, all the teachers and staffs are very nice and friendly. My baby is very happy everytime when I pick him up. The food they provided are yummy, my baby eat a lot when he's at school that pretty amazing. All the facilities are new and they have a fancy car for outdoor play, kids love it. We will definitely stay with First roots! I'm so happy we have a such nice and reliable daycare at our community!

β β β β β Both of my kids have attended FR both as infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The team is personable, professional and they treat everyone like family. I always feel like my kids are safe, loved and taken care of. The facility is well managed, clean and organized. Boram, Peter, Jordan, Jenny and the rest of the team are always so lovely, kind and attentive. I highly recommend First Roots for any age!

β β β β β My son started at first roots about a year ago
and the changes and the growth he has made
has been incredible.
Everyday he comes home with new skills, new
language and so many stories. Every Friday he
says
"mama is it the weekend?" And when we
say yes he responds "but I want to go to school
every day". That's how much he loves it.
I can't tell you how lovely every single staff
Member is. They all know the kids by name,
they are all so nurturing and caring and warm.
They treat each child like their own. I was
looking for a place that would care for my son
the way we do. To help him grow and foster
curiosity in a way that was still loving and
caring- that is first roots.
He looks up to Jordan, always wants to say hi to
Boram and Jenny and tells us how the food is
better at school than at home! He eats multiple
servings there and we know he is getting
healthy and nutritious (and delicious) food!
If you are looking for a school that is loving and
warm and nurturing but still fosters
independence in a more secure way- this is the
school for you.
My child is safe, loved, happy and well fed!
Thank you first roots for making it an easy
transition! Number 2 is joining in September!
