T	Tianxiu Pei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such an amazing preschool, makes kids feel like home. We had several daycare tours around the area, and finally decided to send our little one to Open Arms. The teachers love kids, you can tell from the way they look at kids, interact with kids, with lots and lots of care, love and patience. He had a smooth transition. He loved the teachers. He loves the food, which is always fresh and health. The place is super clean and well maintained, kitchen is SUPER CLEAN. The other thing we like about Open Arms is that we can always see our little one from the webcam. And live reports with pictures to witness little one's each and every little progress and moments of joy. Anita and her team have put lots of love in this little cozy place. Definitely a five star!!!
L	Loretta Arci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open Arms Preschool came highly recommended by a friend of mine. I had already visited 2 other preschools by the time I visited Open Arms. Although I liked one of the other preschools, there were mixed reviews that concerned me. In contrast, Open Arms left me with a safe and reassuring feeling from the moment I stepped foot on their property. And every review that I read was positive and gave me peace of mind that my daughter was in great hands. The facility is beyond clean, great setup for both toddlers and preschoolers, a fun playground designed wonderfully for kids, and wholesome and varied meals. The staff treat the children with care, concern and needed attention. On various occasions, I have witnessed how staff lovingly and patiently calm down children who are crying and missing their parents, and how they rub a child's back to help him/her fall asleep at nap time. The activities children engage in are also interesting and varied, allowing them to experiment with things while learning about new objects and concepts. It is no wonder why they rank in the top 3 preschools in the Richmond Hill area! In fact, I don't live in Richmond Hill but loved Open Arms so much that I drove 30 minutes each way so my daughter could attend this fabulous preschool! And I plan to do the same thing for my son when he gets a bit older. Both you and your child will have a positive experience if you choose Open Arms Preschool!!

To find a facility and staff that you can trust to care for your children is no easy task and yet Open Arms has exceeded my expectations and put me right at ease! My daughter loves all of her teachers and is well taken care of there. They run a program that includes fun and educational activities for the kids. They are very friendly and professional. This preschool is spotless and the food they serve is always healthy. Best of all I get regular reports on what my daughter has done throughout the day and I can even check up on her via webcam. I highly recommend Open Arms to any parent looking for a place that is trustworthy, clean and caring!

I highly recommend this place, the owner, and the staff are extremely caring, and educational. We were sad to take our son out but we are happy that he even got a chance to go there. For reference we have had our kids in a few different daycares and this one was definitely the best!

My son attended Open Arms for 14 months and he enjoyed every single day . Ms Anita (the Director) and all the great staff are so kind, patient, caring and I am so happy for making the best decision to choose Open Arms as my son's Daycare. My daughter started going there when she was 18 months old and she's been cared for by loving and patient teachers. The facility is clean and organized, and did such a good job maintaining the safety protocol during COVID. The webcam and apps were great communication tools to receive updates and see what the kids are up to. I am so grateful to have found such a warm and caring environment for my daughter! We will definitely miss Open Arms!
