I have had great experience of sending both my kids to Early Years Daycare Richmond Hill. Teachers are extremely caring and go beyond the call of duty to take care of my kids. Sometimes when I get a little late to pick up my kids, they still greet me with a smile and do not behave rudely, they way our previous daycare provider did. My son is a picky eater however, Miss Chelvi and Miss Tina would never give up till he eats something. I highly recommend this place.

My son has been in this daycare since he was 8 months old. Now he is 5. They have done a great job taking care of him. They are friendly, approachable and helpful. They understand parents irrational sensitivity and try to accommodate as much as they can. Now I have my younger son there too. leavening him in the daycare and going for work for the first time after maternity leave went way easier than I expected. Some days I call them multiple times and every time they do their best to help. Teachers are great too. They do their best to understand each and every child and treat them based on their needs. 100% recommended if you are looking for a safe and happy place for your beloved children.

The daycare has some of the most amazing and dedicated teachers and my daughter enjoyed her time there in the infant, toddler and preschool rooms. Care between 9-5 pm is excellent, especially in the infant and toddler programs. In the preschool program we noticed a lot of churn in the teachers, with teachers changing almost every 4 months - the teachers coming in were always great, but it’s an adjustment to get used to new teachers all the time. We were also always nervous when doing early drop off before 9 or pick up after 5 as sometimes there wasn’t enough staff and as parents, we never felt comfortable leaving our child there when there are so many kids, sometimes all ages in one room, and not enough staff.

Early Years has become like a second home for me. When I started working here 4 years ago, Larissa welcomed me with open arms. She has renovated the centre many times, only keeping in mind the safety and well-being of all her staff, children, and families. Working with children has always been a dream of mine, and I've been able to fulfill those dreams working at Early Years. All the staff treat the children as if they were their own, with love, nurture and care. The children's safety and well-being is our number one priority at Early Years. Cannot wait to see what's in store for the Early Years in 2020!

My son attended Early Years daycare since he was a little wobbly 14 month boy, who landed in Canada just days before. He did not speak any English - he barely spoke any language at the time! My husband and I decided to take him to a daycare to spend time with other kids, have a more rigorous routine than we were able to set, and learn English - as we speak a different language back home. Early Years quickly became his second home. He was loved by all teachers, and he was equally fond of them. He spent time in all classes, starting with the infant room where, really, miss Pita (hope my spelling is adequate) was his mom away from home. All those early mornings when my son would not want to be separated from me, she would pick him up and comfort him like her own. It melted my heart every time! My son was very happy at Early Years. He made amazing friendships (Yasmin, is you ever read this, you will know how much he loves you! :), learnt so much and was taken care of so well! Oh - and he loved the food! This is not a small thing as he is - i swear, the pickiest child ever! He loved the food at the daycare. Ever since the covid pandemic we couldn't attend the daycare and just a couple of days ago I had to ask Larissa about their recipe of "white rice with brown meat like miss Pita gives me at the daycare". Whatever i tried to cook was not as good the white rice with brown meat :). Larissa was once again great - now we have his most favorite food at home too! We are saying good-bye to Early Years now, as the school is our next stop, but we will come to visit and give our teachers a big hug! They work A LOT with the kids every day and I could not be more grateful for how they took care of my little baby, now 4 and all ready to start a new chapter in life. THANK YOU, Early Years!

I have worked at Early Years for 1 year in the toddler and infant room. Working here has been such an amazing experience. The centre is very clean and has been newly renovated to look more child friendly. Regarding the review below, we have never had a child attend the centre under the name Nugent. All children who have attended the Early Years have been treated with respect, love and care. We take pride in the way we treat our children, and in the cleanliness of our centre. Early years is a second home amongst us all. Looking forward to continue working in such a happy environment.

I have been working at Early years for almost three years now and i absolutely love the staff and the children. I am currently working in the junior toddler class however, have worked around the centre throughout my time being there. The centre is filled with hard workers that ensure our environment is clean for the children. To refer to another reviewer, the child has never stepped foot into the centre, with that being said your review is untruthful. Early years is a great centre to enroll your children, we take pride in our work and ensure that all needs of the children are met and that the centre is clean.

We were very lucky to have had the opportunity for both of our children to come to Early Years Daycare. Now that we have moved out of the city and I have the chance to look back it made me realize how important it is to write this review for future concerned parents. This is a big decision to make, especially with our kids being so young! The centre welcomed my kids with open arms and they loved it! I had two kids 21 months apart that were 2&3 years old, so naturally this was a big decision and I was very worried and nervous to start, but quickly became very comfortable with the entire team and felt at ease when my children were there. The centre is kept to the highest of standards of cleanliness, the food options were incredible, my kids still talk about their teachers and friends and we just want to say thank you for all the hard work your team puts in every single day.
