★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprised that the assessment room door remained open during the entire appointment, considering that we discussed medical history, medications, etc.
Compared to other optometrists I’ve seen, I think Dr. Cheema is great but could be more clear during the lens comparison part of the exam about exactly which 2 lenses you are supposed to be comparing. Maybe she could slow down a bit and ensure the patient has had a proper chance to see out of the first lens before switching to the second lens.
Besides these minor complaints, it’s a fine clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I was in the office for two hours for an eye exam. I required computer glasses and was quite clear with the doctor that I wanted to order them online and she couldn't even bother to give me a PD measurement that I require to purchase them. I have to now go out and buy a ruler and have somebody else measure it for me (hence why I need the glasses, I can't see at that distance). And for $160 dollars, they couldn't do this for me?
