★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First Aid 4U provided convenient training for our company needs, the scheduling and booking was quite easy too.
Once on site, the training was delivered by Byron who did a fantastic job with both the theory and practicals. In the end, I am very satisfied and will likely return in the future but I would have liked to have a handout issued with the course, I found that the equipment was in worn out shape and that the classroom could be better acclimatized for comfort. Still a happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend First Aid 4 U for any of your First Aid training needs. I recently completed the Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C training program offered through First Aid 4 U, a Canadian Red Cross training partner. Our instructor, Hawley, was very personable, and easy to follow. He often gave examples of real-life scenarios that he’s found himself in, or situations in which our training could play out in the real world. Our class was really interactive. I took First Aid & CPR/AED Level C many years ago, around 2010, and aside from the gap in time/evolving knowledge, I learned more about the same topics than I did back then! Awesome work, First Aid 4 U!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Lepine's experience as a fire fighter allowed him to share live experiences as a first responder and was very knowledgeable in answering all of the class questions. I also enjoyed hearing about the history behind the foundation of the red cross

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The course and instructor were good. After the course was completed I’ve started to receive emails stating that they hadn’t received my payment. I contacted them, clarified that they had my payment, and received by email, a copy of the invoice indicating that it was paid in full. Since, I receive an email monthly stating I still haven’t paid, each to which I reply with the receipt, marked “paid”, attached. It is impossible to speak with a person when you call in. It goes to voicemail every time. Disorganized, and to be honest, the emails are rude, stating how it’s problematic that I haven’t paid them, and that it’s an urgent matter. If I had rated immediately after taking the course, it would have been 4-5 stars, but based on the nonsense that has followed, I just can’t. Sorry everyone….get it together.

- Good instructor.
- It would be better if the TV was the appropriate size to see the presentation, or if used a projector allowing a wide screen.
Online portion:
- Well designed.
- It would be better if it provide a summary of main points for each chapter allowing the student a quick refresh about them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy I took this course and we had a wonderful instructor who made sure everyone understood and participated and no one would be left behind. It was enjoyable it seemed everyone knew each other and yet we met in class for first time!
