★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time to go for massage in this clinic. I did not notice that I was covet charge until I came home and looked at my invoice. When I called the clinic about this charge I was shocked. So basically what I was told in the past they never did cleaned after each client really. So cuz of covet they had to do it. I even tiped $5 so with covet charge I tiped $10 . Then I was told it's in the contract. so the fee hiden some where that the customer is not aware of . Watch out for that fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed and relaxed. I've been working with Shannon, and I highly recommend her. She is great! I always leave feeling relaxed and a bit looser (which is amazing - the best of both worlds). The ambiance is relaxing, replete with acoustic music. I have, and continue to highly recommend Shannon and Essential Health Message.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interior is gorgeous! As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed. Shannon is amazing, she applied the perfect amount of pressure (in my opinion) but would ask if it’s okay almost every time she moved to a new spot, which was great because some massage therapists only ask you once. She had a good sense of humour and played relaxing instrumental versions of well-known songs. She made the environment welcoming, and I immediately felt comfortable. Will definitely be coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of getting a massage at Essential Health Massage Therapy this week. Great prices and very clean environment. I saw Shannon for a deep tissue treatment. She is the best, i've had many deep tissue massages and this was by far the best.
If you are looking for a deep tissue massage in Ottawa, you have to go to this spot and request Shannon.
Best spot in Ottawa!

Not only is he super professional and effective at therapeutic massage (my aches and pains are always improved after a visit), but he is also a genuinely interesting person to talk to. I've followed him from another massage clinic and I will absolutely continue to see him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was my 3rd visit with Rae - she is amazing!! She's worked on problem areas I didn't even know I had. Always feel better after my session with her. The clinic itself is also very clean and inviting. I looooove the heated massage tables. Perfect for a chilly weather massage! I'm so glad my husband accidently found this place for me :)
