I must admit I was a bit nervous when we were about to begin but that changed as soon as Alexa started the training. She is amazing teaching and getting everyone excited about the topics. Her way of explaining keeps you interested the whole time. I concluded the training with self confidence and excitement!

Also making a big difference was how great the instructor (Alexa) is! She is engaging and adds just the right number of stories and tidbits to help make the day go by in a more fun and interesting way. She connected with the entire class, and did a fantastic job keeping things moving. She knows her stuff too. Definitely the best first aid course I've done. Location is great (heart of downtown), right by parking and buses, and in a large, fresh room. Highly recommended! Thanks Alexa!
