Excellent selection of industrial/commercial grade construction equipment, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. I've been dealing with Jordan and Tom for years. These guys are highly recommended and I would suggest them to anyone.

Save yourself a huge headache run from this place. Maybe other stores are better but this one is terrible. Greg the manager is a smile and lie to your face kind of guy. I rented a Bobcat on their winter rate November 17th and had it delivered on November 24th . December 13th was the first day i used it to plow snow. (8hrs)Thats when i noticed the machine was a wreck. When renting a loader/bobcat one would expect a good running and fit machine. The one I got needed to be boosted every start and I still had trouble starting it. It was full of rust. The tracks were caked in mud from the last person who used it which caused them to freeze up, Heat vents were all broken, Door didn't close properly, controls were not calibrated so the machine went forward without even touching the controls. The windows didnt latch closed and rattled open during operation so i had to constantly close them while operating. The machine came with a little tiny bucket so before signing I asked for a snow pusher to be included, after a few days the manager told me he had one on order for me. After 5-6 weeks and in the middle of snow season, he told me he couldn't get a pusher. I don't think he ever ordered the pusher or planned on getting one. In the middle of a snow storm I had to go rent a snow bucket from their competitor. I explained that I wasn't happy with my rental and I would like something else or i would have to take my business somewhere else. The manager told me he didn't have anything else to give me. He then told me the bring the machine back within 24hrs or he will start charging me daily rates. I walked out and said i would be speaking to the head office, he laughed and said "good luck with that". I called the head office many times and no one answer's or returns your call. Save yourself time and money and don't go here. By switching rental companies I now have an almost new machine with proper attachment and for $100 less a month than Stephenson's. Again, don't go to Stephensons micky mouse rental store.

I made a rental to this location. After reviewing my credit card statement, I realize the amount that been charge to me was higher than the amount of my bill. I contacted the location and the lovely lady asked the manager to call me 3 times. Never had a call back. This is very unprofessional ...
