★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One thing I will never do again is buy anything related to fining. If I were you I would stick to brands with good customer reputation like John Deere. I ordered parts and received over $1'000.00 of parts i explained I did not need during the order. It was an error on the staff member who was confused what came in the kit. I used the one part I ordered and tried to return the kit. They could not located the staffer who took the order or find the phone record proving my case, a week later that location closed and merged with other location. You would think such a large company would give the benefit of the doubt to the client in a situation like that but I wasted over a month trying to get answers from people and calls back that I was told I would get but never did. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. THANK YOU FOR STEALING $1'000.00 FROM ME. I will be sure to share my story to everyone for the rest of my life.
