★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband decided to buy a vehicle from this dealership as he was advised that he’d earn Air Miles with his purchase. After few days, we checked our Air Miles account & the points were still not there. We followed up with one of your staff only to get tossed to few other employees in another department.
It was completely disappointing (an outright deception). We entered into agreement with you in good faith & we expected to be treated the same way. You should realize that your business thrives because of your customers. If you don’t know how to treat your customers with integrity, good luck to your getting new sales & retaining clients. You have a lot of competitors around you who deserve our business, just so you know.
