The app gives you access to your program, training calendar, easy tracking and logging of workouts including weight, sets, reps & frequency, comprehensive video library for perfect execution of exercises and in app messaging with your trainer. Programs and access are 6 -8 weeks long.

I have been training with Scott for the past several years and he is amazing at what he does. He is incredibly knowledgable and all of his training is geared towards your personal abilities and goals. Personal training with Scott is outstanding - he knows how to get every ounce of effort out of you during the sessions. He has also set up multiple training programs for me that are geared towards what I am looking to improve in the gym (endurance, strength, speed, calisthenics etc) - they are definitely challenging and different from your standard gym workouts (i.e. do 3 sets of these 3 exercises etc). His diet programs are also well thought out and delivered. I don't even feel like Im dieting. He focuses on good foods with high nutritional content and gives you a bunch of different foods to pick from. Would highly recommend training with Scott to achieve whatever fitness goals that you have.

Scott helped me with my nutrition plan to compete and it was the best and easiest weight cut I’ve ever done! He was helpful, encouraging and incorporated my personal food likes and dislikes into my plan. Weekly check ins kept me on track and motivates. Highly recommend :)

Scott is a great remote trainer. He customizes workout programs for you and can work virtually and checks on your progression. And if you’re not into running he will have you do other cardiovascular workouts. I signed up for a program last December 2021 to get ready for the World Games Qualifiers for Muay Thai in March. I wanted to get stronger and work on my cardio without having to run. The results paid off as I was able to dominate in the tournament.

Training with Scott is next level! He is very knowledgeable in the sport of Muay Thai and whether you want to lose weight, build strength, or work on your overall health, he has the program for you. Workouts are creative, intense, and will never be boring. His nutrition program is also very easy to follow and he definitely holds you accountable.

Scott's a tremendous athlete so I was a bit skeptical at first because I thought that maybe he relied on his athleticism. However, I realized very quickly that he has a wealth of knowledge and experience surrounding the technical and tactical aspects of martial arts. Additionally, he's well-educated regarding nutrition and fitness as a whole. I can’t recommend him enough.

Scott is an incredible trainer, I’m located in another province but he has helped me massively. He has helped me with nutrition as well as strength and conditioning programs. He catered my programs exactly to my needs both physically and what I had available to me in regards to equipment. He is an extremely intelligent trainer and I cannot recommend him enough!

I worked with Scott remotely to customize a strength training program that would compliment my Muay Thai training. His attention to detail, affordability, and years of sport specific experience allowed me to get great results. I was initially nervous to work remotely but his attentiveness and fast response time made that a non-issue. I have recently worked with Scott during both 1-on-1 personal training sessions and as an online coach for at home workouts. The personal training sessions were fun and he worked with me to develop my skills in Muay Thai as well as my cardio fitness. The home workouts he designed for the specific equipment I have and also worked within the limitations of my always changing work schedule.
