β β β β β This has very good Filipino Food. The old lady who cooks here faithfully follows the original Filipino recipe. She has dried taro leaves slow cooked for 24 hours in real (not canned) coconut milk. It is one of Vancouver's best. She also has really good lumpia (pork egg rolls). There also is a bitcoin ATM here with really good rates. update: the place has a new owner who used to be a chef for truffle house. He has a great Saturday breakfast assortment and grilled squid stuffed with pork sisig is great.

Such a hidden gem. I live in downtown and happen to come by today and decided to give it a try. We ate as much as we can and every single dish blew our mind.
The owner really put their β€οΈ into the food they make. They explained how they made the dish so it's the closest to their hometown flavour. Many ingredients in the food is difficult to get here in North America but the owner really tried hard to get them to make sure it tastes the best.
I'm pretty sure this is the best spot for Filipino cuisine in town. Don't miss it if you're in the neighborhood.
To the owners: Please really consider opening in downtown on Denman street. We need food like this to stay alive!
