The staff were really friendly but it’s an extremely small building with a lot of stuff crammed in it. The floors were really sticky (especially near the slurpee machine) and there wasn’t a huge selection of items. Overall the place was good when you’re in a rush but it’s definitely not the best 7-eleven out there.

Regular morning coffee place. Always quick and convenient, even when handling large volumes of customers getting gas and snacks. Impressed by staff that consistently give you a friendly greeting and offer specials available at store with members card.

Went to buy a lighter. I’m 20 years old, and a chubby guy (staff) asked for my ID. I showed him my ID and he said he couldn’t accept it bc is was a foreign ID. and if I wanted a lighter I had to bring my passport. I gave him my home country ID and the BC ID. And he said he could understand it and simply he said no. After that I asked to talk to his manager. He didn’t bring the manager he just told me β€œITS DONE, ITS DONE, if you don’t have passport we cannot sell you a lighter” He didn’t even bring the manager as I asked for it. He was very rude to me and he doesn’t even know the rules, he was saying nonsense. He doesn’t explained anything he just refused to sell me the lighter. I’m so disappointed, will never go again to that store. Poor customer service and the staff doesn’t know and it’s not trained for to customers.

Sometimes the fountain pop is flat. However, what I really noticed about this location is that there is a smoke detector in the main-room ceiling with dead batteries. They have been DEAD for weeks and no one changes them. That's lazy! I informed the staff of what the constant beeping meant and the guy mopping the floor gave me the old "oh okay we'll get to it" but I could tell he didn't care.

Let me tell you about the wonderful experience I have from this store. First, I bought a magical product from this great store. I found out that it's defective so I tried to return it, I even showed them the picture and the product that it technically says that I need to go back to this magnificent store to sort it out. Then, they told me that they "CANNOT" help me and that I have to comeback tomorrow to sort it out because the manager is not in and that the manager will sort it out for me. The way they said it was so reassuring. So, I came back the next day to sort it out. The best assistant manager of all time was in, so I asked him for help and he said, "I CANNOT help you and you will hear the same reply from the manager." So I tried to reason that they sold me a defective product and I am here to find out how to resolve this. I asked him what number do I need to call to sort the problem out since he is helping in a very very inspiring way, so he gracefully grabbed the product and showed me a non-existent number to call. It's was an amazing experience. I can't thank you enough for taking my money and giving me this awe inspiring product. I also thank you from the bottom of my heart for wasting my time, it was my pleasure. And P.S. for the god of an assistant manager who towers upon all assistant managers, with all the bitterness and animosity within my heart, please go suck a door knob.

I tried to return an unopened product today (phone charger), in the store, and was refused. I was told they could not accept the return because the store manager would not be in before tomorrow. I was only passing through North Van so I can't just come by the next day. I told this to the staff and I suggested I can leave the product with them so the manager can sort it out tomorrow, but I was told they could not do that either which I really don't understand. I asked them if they could call their boss to see what we could do about this while I was at the store, but they refused to contact their store manager because they had been told prior by their store manager to not contact him/her while being off work

Convenience store open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Store is stocked with many items at noticeably higher prices than the regular supermarket chains, as convenience stores order smaller quantities of inventory at higher per-unit prices from wholesalers. Typical 7-Eleven fare here are Slurpees, soft drinks, snacks, hot dogs, taquitos and fried chicken.

The inside is relatively clean and well staffed. If you are using the drive through, you are usually waiting a bit. Many times i wanted to stop in but couldn't because of no parking. I walked in once with the parking lot full and nobody was in the store. The staff had used up all 6 stalls. I avoid this place with all my being.
