★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a wee lad I had big plans of moving to Toronto, to live in the core with synchronous Internet. That day was fully realized in 2016 when FibreStream entered my building. Oh boy, does time fly when you have fast Internet! Affordable, too, with great support. Get it if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15+ year customer with Shaw. They were charging me $85/mo for their slowest internet speed option. When Andrei from Fibrestream called, and told me $35/mo for high speed, 10x faster, than Shaw for $50 cheaper I called Shaw. They would not match the offer, except give me similar quality for $55/mo. They warned me not to go with Fibrestream as they don’t have any central support etc. Well, today I sent a random email to the sales associate who set me up 2 years ago thinking it’s a shot in the dark because he probably moved on, that my 5G wasn’t appearing on my network ...he literally called me 5 minutes later to help troubleshoot and said he will send a new router tomorrow morning, on a Saturday. If this was Shaw it would have been an hour waiting on the phone, troubleshooting and booking weeks later. So happy I made the switch and have such quick access to the support team and Andrei at Fibrestream! And they saved me $600/year with higher speed internet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FibreStream is now my go to ISP whenever they're available. Setup was fast and easy, I was able to get an appointment to setup within the next two days. In addition, they don't require a modem which helped reduce the cost as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After using FibreStream for a year I can attest that these guys are a breath of fresh air on an arena plagued with high-price/high-complexity/low-value offerings from the big players who are constantly pushing you for extras and "discounts" on top of "discounts" so they can seem a bit more attractive, but truth to be told, they are not.
FibreStream offers you a simple service structure and ridiculously low prices for an amazingly fast and reliable internet service, plus great customer support based on my experience.

Also the other perks offered by big telecoms are silly when compared to what this company offers you. Get them into your building if you can!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I switched to FibreStream after being frustrated with the ever increasing prices and restrictions set by Novus Internet.
Novus several years ago was excellent; customer-service oriented, easy to speak to, and responds quickly to customer concerns.
In the past 1-2 years, probably because they have a good hold in Vancouver's condo market, their quality and service have deteriorated.
I'm not going to use this space to talk about another company further.
But in contrast, FibreStream have been attentive, patient, highly service-oriented and offers competitive pricing.
Andrei and his technician Matt were fantastic. They were prompt in addressing concerns, including email queries. The installation was seamless, and what I think was excellent was they respected MY time. Most utilities company give you a range of 3-4 hours and have NO regard for your time as a customer. FibreStream came during the time they said they would, and ensured what they promised was delivered.
I am certain if FibreStream keeps up with how they conduct business, they will give Novus and Shaw a run for their money. I'm rooting for you!!
