I received the bamboo pocket pant and the flair pant. The size was perfect, quality was exactly what I hoped for and customer service was beyond exceptional as I decided to do an exchange and they made the process streamline. In a world where online ordering is so popular now, it’s important to trust what you are getting,in a timely manner and to have a customer service system in place for you if needed . Can’t wait to order again since there is more I’d like to purchase from them.
D	Debree D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality is leaps and bounds above the "lemon"! I bought my first outfit in Abbotsford, BC nearly 10 yrs ago. Its still going strong. I'm not a person to ever hand wash or hang dry anything.. everything just goes in together. & my black tank and pants have ZERO piling and ZERO fading... AND ZERO loss of elasticity! (The ones with the pink thread in the pic) I'm a single mom of 2 and on a tight budget. I've only just been able to buy a few more items and I'm so glad I did! I ordered online and the pcs I wanted were even on sale. $20 for the most amazing racerback tank top you'll ever buy?? YES!!! & the styles are strong and bold with the perfect cut and shape to them. If you want funky & trendy OR Timeless & comfortable... Its there! I bought 1 pair of full length, black yoga pants, and 2 workout tanks and 1 relaxed tank... you'll never guess how much it came to.. After Tax? UNDER $150!!! Unheard-of! So Ya, I definitely recommend these guys and their fantastic clothing! I can hardly wait to get more.. I'll post pics soon

I recently shopped at the showroom and I was provided with such fantastic customer service and encouragement to continue on with my fitness journey. Also, the I appreciated the authenticity and kindness that I was given. The colours of some of the pieces that I purchased are so vibrant. I often get stopped at the gym and asked where I got my workout clothes from. I am certainly impressed with the quality, look and feel the PM brand provides and again, the level of customer service is definitely above and beyond 'great.'

Although I believe in what they stand for when it comes to their sustainability messaging, it saddens me that they’re still perpetuating the same unrealistic beauty standards in their marketing. I believe Public Myth can do better and I hope they do because there’s no excuse for not understanding the importance of “inclusivity” anymore (and to be honest, there never was).

I am over 50 and can always find something that makes me feel attractive, and shows off my good sense of style :) The staff are amazing at helping me be sure I look good in what I buy and I appreciate that!

It’s not often that a company gives any customer their devoted attention and then fixes any issue that customer has. Public Myth exceeds in all areas, but customer service in particular.

I own a ton of their clothes, particularly in the bamboo material and the quality is very worth the price. Don't waste your money on Lululemon, you can buy better quality, sustainable and local workout gear from PM for the same price or less. I've never been disappointed with anything I've gotten from them. Returns and exchanges are also super easy and the customer service is fantastic. I mostly deal with them via online shopping but recently had the pleasure of visiting them in Vancouver and they were so welcoming and remembered who I was from just communicating with me online. I would give them 6 stars or more!

The fit of both are great and they definitely hold up to multiple wearings and washings. I am happy to pay more for ethically made quality clothes, in the long run they last so much longer you get your moneys worth. Customer service is great too, when I ordered the wrong size they swapped it out for me right away, no problem!!
