I will definitely come back here! I took my two year old son who is traumatized by Covid 19 testing. We were in and out in 5 min. Our nurse was gentle and kind! Our appointment was at 8 Am and we received our results by 3PM. Excellent service. Very organized, very professional, very compassionate towards kids. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Forest Hill Location Personalized and prompt service that exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Exactly 12 hours on the dot, we received our test results. We emailed FH Health for the Japanese travel documents and 10 minutes later we received the rest of our signed, dated, and stamped documents. I cannot recommend FH Health enough if you plan on traveling to Japan during covid19 restrictions.

Easy booking, efficient scheduling. Bradford clinic location was on time both times we went. Friendly staff and made an uncomfortable experience bearable! Very quick results as promised (same day). Much better than Shoppers!!!

Can’t believe I paid $180 for it. There are cheaper options I’d recommend. I don’t trust the results they sent me since they hardly swabbed my son (in fairness he’s two and putting up a fight) but when I said try again they refused to. After email customer service to see if there is a control on these sorts of tests to ensure it worked, I get a copied and pasted response not answering my question 4 weeks later!! Can’t wait for govt rule changes to put an end to their price gouging (they also lied to me and said if I tested positive I’d have to do one of their other tests before I could travel lol)

Horrendous experience. I booked an appointment at Richmond Hill, they called to cancel. Said there was no inventory to run the test yet they still had appointments on the website. Booked again, cancelled on me again. Booked at Yonge st, called me to cancel the day before my test but asked me to come in ASAP as there was space. I couldn't. Got an appointment on Feb 17. I paid for a N antibody test. Based on what I read on the website, it seemed to be the test I was after. Got to the clinic, told I should do an S test instead, Its the same price, I agree and its supposed to be switched. After getting my test, no one sent any results. I had to chase them down to be told my email address was not accepting them. Sent another email, still no reply. Sent more correspondence via live chat. No one got back to me, until today where the test results were magically sent. And received. But to see that it was the N test and not the S test. Such a beautiful facility but you have absolutely the poorest communication, administrative and time management issues to be worked out. You can indicate its a busy time but this is not acceptable and handling people like this reflects poorly on your reputation. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. Really disappointed.

I have used FH Health many times over the last couple of years with no trouble. In fact, they have been my go to for testing, more expensive, but quick turn around and availability. But recently, I had an issue with purchasing online kits. I purchased online, but didn't receive an email confirmation to pick up the kits. I went to the Oakville store looking for help and they asked me repeatedly for the email confirmation. They couldn't help if I didn't have it. I then emailed the company and then did their online chat. Same response from online. They need the email confirmation before they can help. It's like being stuck in a hamster wheel. THERE IS NO ONE WHO PICKS UP A PHONE. So my review is zero stars for zero customer service. Figure it out. Give your staff the tools they need to provide customer service. If you are going to advertise EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE you should deliver it. It's been two years and I am pretty sure the company has enough cash to hire someone to answer a phone.

Nurse Mikaela was a incredibly professional, kind and gracious nurse. She was incredibly talented and nursing skills are off the chart. Incredibly kind during a concierge service. Would recommend in a second to family and friends. Very, very happy customer!
