★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve used kidcrew 3 times over the pandemic and each time was a positive experience. I’m grateful for their accessibility when I couldn’t get in touch with my daughters regular pediatrician. I actually spoke with the same doctor two out of the three times. That doctor even followed up when my daughter was very Ill. I did have to wait longer than expected for a call but it’s totally understandable given the weight on medical teams these days. They always followed through with a call. I’m grateful for Dr. Dina’s presence on Instagram and all the great advice during such unprecedented times. Thank you kidcrew

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall services are great and convenient. All you can think of about typically care of babies and kids can be found at this location. The place is kids-like friendly.
However, I agreed with some other reviews here-- it's like a factory. Our son's Ped left Kidcrew and there weren't any communication to parents- at least not for us. Kidcrew also didn't offer any replacement, not even mention this is in the middle of pandemic. Thanks to Kidcrew to add another layer of stress! This place needs some soul.
Instead of receiving novel like newsletter/update about Covid-19, perhaps Kidcrew should add some thoughtful strategies to run the business and serve the community better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the opportunity to do a virtual consultation for my daughter who has been suffering from chronic congestion. Dr. Davy listened to my story and discussed different possible scenarios. He recommended chest xray and scheduled a specialist appointment for us which was the most critical aspect. We are following his guidance and he has been a wonderful human being, going out of way to help me out. If I get an opportunity, I would like to register my daughter there permanently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normal they great have same days appointments by phone but I can't believe how a clinic as popular as this one doesn't have appointments available for children who have been admitted to the hospital and need to be seen by the pediatrician within the next 2 3 days. My daughter just will be see 7 days after.
Update: the clinic book the appointment 7 days after my daughter been discharged and yes i have to cancel because i have a stomach flu and or course the clinic not will see anyone or there family with covid symptoms... now we will continue waiting for a new date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love kidcrew and their same day virtual care services. We spoke with a few doctors virtually and they are all amazing and genuinely caring! We particularly appreciate Dr. Simone, who has gone above and beyond to care for our baby. She is a great listener and patiently addresses all of my concerns. She has never made me feel rushed. She was even thinking about our baby's weight gain issue over the weekend and it meant SO MUCH to me. She is the best doctor we have seen and I hope we can be lucky enough to be her patient one day!
I am generally a very picky reviewer but I would give Kidcrew 10 stars if there was such an option!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing virtual consult with Dr Davy regarding my 8 year old. He really took the time to listen to all of my concerns and offered explanations and guidance. It was the best conversation I've ever had with a doctor concerning my child. I was also able to book a virtual appointment for the next day, instead of waiting for weeks at my GP's office. I highly recommend kid crew and will definitely be using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love kid crew! So we do not live in Toronto and getting into your doctor for same day is impossible and who wants to go to the emerg. There virtual clinic is life, the doctors have always been amazing, given amazing recommendation's, actually feel they care which is hard to come by these days. Plus the last virtual my doctor even set a follow up call to check in on my daughter post covid. So happy we have this service, I have used it to so much , we need more services like this
