Alex is amazing with hair extensions! The best in Ottawa, they last for so long! She does them with perfection every time. She honestly is the best stylist around for hair coloring, hair extensions, balayage, the list goes on. thank you!

I traveled 1.5 hours to see Alex, and I'm so happy that I did! She is an incredibly talented and knowledgable stylist! She was so kind and attentive during my appointment, and she was very concerned about the health of my hair, which I absolutely loved! She recommended amazing products for me to use 3 weeks prior to my appointment in order to prepare my hair for the day, and thankfully my hair came out with very little damage. (Honestly seems like no damage, and my hair went through a lot that day considering I went from golden blonde at the ends, low lights throughout, and my natural roots, to WHITE!) I still can't believe how white she got it! Now, I did do the "nopoomethod" for a year prior to this appointment as well, (I didn't wash my hair with product for a year, just water, up until the 3 weeks prior to my appointment when I began the treatment Alex recommended.) I also hadn't styled my hair or used any form of heat for the year, so I do believe that may have had something to do with how well my hair took the treatment. That said, the products definitely made a difference because, they made my hair feel AMAZING with every use, and knowing my hair was about to go through bleach, toner, etc, I knew I had to listen to my stylist, and follow her instructions. If she tells you to use these products to prepare for your appointment, listen to her! It's worth it! I'm assuming most people haven't been doing the "nopoomethod", and likely style their hair with heat more often than I have been, so these products may very well save your hair!! I also want to say that Alex didn't sugar coat, she told me exactly what to expect, talked me through multiple options, and made sure I knew the possible outcomes of each. She ensured that we didn't do anything that would steer me off the course to my final hair goal, all while protecting the integrity of my hair. This meant a lot to me!! The prices are no joke, but you get what you pay for! For me, it was worth every penny, and I will be coming back to Alex for my future hair needs! There was also a lovely woman assisting Alex whose name I unfortunately can't remember, but she was wonderful! All in all I give the experience a 10/10! Friendly staff, clean/bright environment, and of course, the badass stylist Alex who made my blonde dreams a reality!

I was in a big rush after shopping all day. I just needed my hair cleaned up as I am growing it out. The owner took me in personally 20 minutes before close and gave me a free hair cut. Wow! Amazing! Beautiful salon, great cut and my lucky day. Do yourself a favor and come check this place out. I'm coming here for my next cut.

I've been seeing Alex for both hair extensions and colour for over 2 years now. When I first came to her my hair was short, tons of damage from excessive bleach, and horribly installed extensions by someone else. Alex recommended products to help my damaged hair, & two years later my hair is so long, thick and healthy. I’m so happy I found Alex 2 years ago she completely transformed my hair. When my hair was shorter we did extensions several times and there was no damage, or breakage my hair was perfect! I loved the extensions she did and that they didn’t itch, or hurt my hair at all! I highly recommend seeing Alex. I also recommend using the products she suggests as they work. She is the best I will never trust anyone else with my hair!!

Alex is the only person ill ever trust to do my hair! I have gotten three fusion extensions instalments with her. They are so well installed and look so natural! No one can ever tell i have extensions in and they are so easy to work with! She is great at what she does! And the hair quality is amazing! I would definitely recommend Alex for any of your hair needs, especially extensions!

It was a great experience returning to Fernandino to get the hair I have been wanting for over a year, I loved how welcoming and kind everyone was. Alex was an amazing hair stylist giving me exactly what I was looking for and very accommodating to my needs. I very much recommend Alex if you want your dream hair come into reality!

Victoria is stellar. She did absolutely amazing on my hair, I’ve never loved my hair more. I went from having almost orange hair to a beautiful brunette style with money pieces. The salon is very clean and organized, and I love the atmosphere of it. I would definitely recommend booking with Victoria. She is great to talk to, and makes you feel comfortable and so happy about yourself after ! Will definitely be going back to her forever now
